Our Smart Sod Tall Fescue is the number one selling grass in the area. It uses 30% less water than other tall fescues, earning it certification by the Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance and it is ideally blended to the climate in Virginia.
Better: RIVIERA
Riviera Bermudagrass is one of the most popular turfgrasses for golf courses, sports fields, and home lawns. This aggressive, cold tolerant bermudagrass has medium texture, and a bright/dark green color. Riviera requires less maintenance then Latitude 36 or NorthBridge bermudagrasses.

Latitude 36 Bermudagrass is the hottest new turfgrass on the market. This cold tolerant, state-of-the-art grass is the top performer as rated by the National Turfgrass Evaluation Program. Latitude 36 is becoming the grass of choice for new professional and collegiate athletic fields. This turfgrass requires a higher level of maintenance then our Sovereign and Riviera Bermudagrass. Latitude 36 is available as sod or sprigs.
